I help adults heal from trauma and anxiety by creating a space that is safe, compassionate, and completely free of judgement.

My philosophy

Seeking help is not weakness — it is one of the most courageous things a person can do. I believe that every individual carries an innate need to belong, to be understood, and to feel seen. Yet so often, the weight of unspoken struggles keeps us isolated from the very connection we need most. Breaking that silence — with honesty, with care, and without judgment — is where healing begins.
